When pumps with conventional sealing systems are not sufficient, KRAL pumps with magnetic coupling come to the rescue. In place of a mechanical seal, a hermetically sealed containment can of stainless steel provides the sealing of the pump from the atmosphere. The torque of the electric motor is transferred by the magnetic coupling to the pump without direct contact.
