KRAL Pumps for Industrial Burner Industry.

In the burner industry KRAL double stations and KRAL oil burner supply stations have been an established standard for many years.

KRAL double stations DL/DS in block construction, are specifically designed for use in oil firing service as heating oil delivery, circulation, transfer, and burner pumps for industrial furnaces, in public buildings, the ship building industry, and anywhere a continuous supply of oil is required.

All components of the double station are integrated in the single block design. Separate piping connections are not necessary. Absolute reliability is assured by two pumps. Each pump can supply the required flow rate. The second pump is always available as stand-by. Optionally the control room can switch over from one pump to the other without an interruption of operation.

Based on 40 years of experience supplying double stations to leading booster module manufacturers KRAL is now releasing its new reengineered design. The completely new design of these stations allows KRAL customers to offer the most compact booster modules and burners. The modular stations incorporate multiple useful functions for all applications with two pumps. Compared to single components you save up to 50 % space.

The KRAL oil burner supply stations EML/EMS are complete ready to connect, units that can be tailored to customer guidelines. They have all the components that are necessary to supply firing plants with heating oil. Dependent on the burner type to be supplied, the supply station can perform different functions, as for example pressure regulation, degassing, consumption flow metering (KRAL Volumeter), filtration, and pressure relief. Any or all of these options can be designed into the complete system.

The oil burner supply stations can be used for light and heavy fuel oil up to a pressure range of 40bar and a flow rate from 300 – 7.500 l/h. Additional options are pressure control, automatic venting, differencial pressure indicator for the filter, control circuit limit switch for ball valve, as well as oil leakage monitor can be individually added to the system.
