KRAL Declaration of Decontamination.

As an EN ISO 9001:2000 certified company we require that all equipment being returned to us for repair or re-calibration be accompanied with the attached “Declaration of Decontamination” form.

This protects our employees and their environment, but also guarantees a steadfast production facility with its usual concerns towards quality, reliability and safety.

With each equipment return, please attach a signed and completed form to the outside of each package, easily visible. Work cannot begin with the repair or calibration until the completed and signed declaration has been submitted.
